We have an 18 year old AC unit that was struggling to keep the house cool. We called Applegate and Joe was dispatched to handle our call. He arrived on time, was thoroughly professional, courteous, and explained every step of his diagnostic approach. He made the repair (replacing a capacitor in the A/C control module) in about 30 minutes and the unit is now working fine.

Our furnace is pretty old, but every year they are able to come out and maintain it and keep it running reliably for us.
