We have an 18 year old AC unit that was struggling to keep the house cool. We called Applegate and Joe was dispatched to handle our call. He arrived on time, was thoroughly professional, courteous, and explained every step of his diagnostic approach. He made the repair (replacing a capacitor in the A/C control module) in about 30 minutes and the unit is now working fine.

I’ve used Applegate since we bought our home over 10 years ago and have not been disappointed. Our furnace is pretty old, but every year they are able to come out and maintain it and keep it running reliably for us. They also noticed our water heater was starting to rust through during one furnace maintenance call and helped us get that replaced in a timely manner so we didn’t encounter any problems with it. We appreciate their time and business!

Nick answered all my questions, was very helpful, told us the use of body powder in our home is plugging up the filters, and probably need a good duct cleaning.
